my answer to how do you stay so disciplined ✨repeating twenty small habits instead of changing one big thing. it’s the little lifestyle tweaks that make a difference. instead of being in the mindset that you have to drastically change your diet and nothing else or go ham in the gym but don’t tweak your diet or do everything perfect in your movement but aren’t managing stress, it won’t work. don’t overcomplicate it, just focus on small wins & repeat, repeat, repeat until they are second nature. h
