Meet Dr. Annette Poulsen, one of the longest-serving professors at the University of Georgia. After earning her PhD in Economics at Ohio State and serving as Deputy and Acting Chief Economist at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, she joined the UGA Department of Finance in 1987.
